The University of British Columbia is using an Open Source Portfolio as part of their UBC Campus-Wide Online Environment for E-Portfolios: Community Building and Pilot Projects.

Chalk & Wire is the current E-Portfolio program used by UW-Stout's School of Education. A fee of $30 dollars is supplied by Student Access To Learning fees for which each individual has unlimited (currently) server space, and an eight year membership.
