With Special Thanks...

I wanted to take a moment to thank the following individuals for their unconditional support as I worked toward this goal of receiving my Masters of Science Degree in Training and Development.  Without these magnificent individuals this would not have become a reality.

Andrew Paul Roberts, my loving and adoring husband.  Thank you for always supporting me as I forge forward to accomplish the goals I set out for myself.  This has been a long journey that is coming to a close.  Andy, I am only the woman I am today because of the constant and loving support you provide.  I do love you.

Charles W. Theesfeld, “Dad”, you have been my biggest motivator for me to complete this degree.  The smile I see on your face is the reward for the time and energy put forth to accomplish this.  Thank you for believing in your children, helping them become the best individuals’ they can be.  I will always be a ‘daddy’s girl.’

Donna A. Theesfeld, “Mom”, while Dad has been the silent motivator you have been the coach.  The one that helped me keep the eye on the goal.  In your many ways you helped me prioritize this part of my life to its fruition.  You were always there for me as a ‘sounding board’ when I needed you.  Thank you for your unrestricted support.

Shawn C. Theesfeld, who knew that you would get a mention in my acknowledgements?  Thank you for being there when I just needed to talk.  Even at midnight when I was writing this document.  Plus, I am glad that you did graduate prior to me completing this. J

Tanya Refshauge, my “cheerleader”.  Thank you for always being so supportive of the writing process.  Your support and guidance of what one goes through to complete such a feat has been respected.  A Thank You, also goes out to your father for providing a haven for me to complete this paper.  Lansing, Iowa will always hold a special place in my heart.

Jim Seifert, and Hiway Federal Credit Union.  Thank you for believing in me and taking a chance on a woman early in her career.  Without the support of you and the Credit Union, this degree would not have been possible and not as rewarding.  Thank you.

Greg Mitchell, and Marconi Communications,  Milwaukee, WI.  Greg, you provided me with the opportunity to challenge the organization and myself as we implemented this culture shift.  Your vision of where the organization needed to go was right on target.

My Family, Alpha Phi Omega Brothers, and Friends.  To you all, your support and understanding as I worked to finish this program has meant a lot over the last four years.  I am so fortunate to have such a loving and supportive network.  God bless you all.
