Scholars and Collars is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and placement of shelter dogs into fur-ever homes. We focus on caring and learning about each dog through fostering in a college setting. This provides a very active and social environment to ensure proper future placement. We rely on our generous community of student fosters and sponsors to make happy-tails for these dogs in need.
