Alternatives to Written Work (Be creative!)
In this course you are encouraged to express your thoughts using visual or audio representation. You may choose to present your thoughts as an InfoGraphic, short video, presentation, audio or any of other format you think will effectively get your thoughts across. Just be sure you still meet the criteria on the rubric, like bringing in a source (mention the text or some author) and point us to that resource in the post.
Just be sure that when you post, you put the references or a couple notes in the text area. I won't require a full transcript, but typically listeners or viewers like some text to fall back on. (And if we have someone with a hearing impairment, we will need to transcribe.) Also note that it takes longer to listen than to read.
Please note well!
For your convenience, all links to readings on the Internet will open in a new tab on your browser. This will allow you to bookmark, print, cite pages, etc.
To return to this page, simply close the new tab.
This will be our practice for the rest of the course.
