The dinner and silent auction included food and wine pairings. The food was served by University Dining and the wines chosen by Peter D’Souza, an associate professor in hospitality and tourism. D’Souza, an expert in the area of wine and food pairing, gave a presentation. The gourmet meal was presented in courses, with more than 100 people in attendance.
