Five art students studying interior design at the University of Wisconsin-Stout won awards from BWBR Architects.

Sarah Cammack, of White Bear Lake, Minn., earned the BWBR Prize, the highest honor. The BWBR Prize comes with a monetary award of $2,000.

Molli Eberhardt, of Oregon; Angela Lett, of Oshkosh; Michelle Lyons, of Eau Claire; and Laura Purcell, of Brooklyn Park, Minn., received awards of $100 each.

The BWBR Prize recognizes and encourages promising interior design students in the department of art and design at UW-Stout. The competition process takes place each spring.

Executives of the architectural firm judge the portfolios and presentations of participating students. The executives look for growth in technical and creative skills, innovate spirit for design, technical design fundamentals, enthusiasm and passion, and ability to communicate visually and verbally.
