UW-Stout will host the following events.

Oct. 28, UW-Stout’s North campus residence halls are holding a trick-or-treat night for community children from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Children are encouraged to don costumes and visit Jeter-Tainter-Callahan, Fleming, Hovlid, Wigen and Red Cedar Halls for treats and fun.

Oct. 28, Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology at UW-Stout, is hosting guest speaker Monica Jordan of the Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission, from 7-8:30 p.m., in the Great Hall of the Memorial Student Center. Jordan speaks about all aspects of victimization. The law firm of Beasley-Allen has named a yearly scholarship in her honor.

Oct. 30-31, UW-Stout will host the 2009 Body, Mind and Spirit Conference in the Memorial Student Center. The conference is devoted to the journey of wellness, spirituality, personal growth and natural healing.
