The preliminary enrollment figure for the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-Stout has reached a record 9,016 students.
The enrollment figure includes 7,983 undergraduate students and 1,033 graduate students. Among these students, 1,524 are freshmen and 686 are transfer students.
“It is our highest enrollment to date,” Provost Julie Furst-Bowe said. “We are very pleased to see so many transfer students, adult students and graduate students attend UW-Stout to achieve their educational goals.”
“UW-Stout’s polytechnic campus has been inspiring innovation and we are ecstatic to have new and returning students joining us this fall,” said Pamela Holsinger-Fuchs, executive director of enrollment management.
Last year, the official fall enrollment figure submitted to UW System was 8,839 students.
