- Fill in your meal times and your sleep hours.
- Schedule a review time as soon after your classes as possible. Use this time to go over your notes and look over any assignments that were given. Begin to plan when and how you will do any assigned work.
- Most study skills resources recommend 2 hours of studying for every hour you spend in class. You may need to adjust this up or down, depending on the difficulty of the class for you. Find time on your schedule for the recommended 2 hour per each class and fill this in. You can experiment with this and find out where you need more or less studying. Try to study the same subjects at the same time each day. A routine can help you develop a pattern for efficient and successful studying.
- Schedule some time each day for exercise. Physical activity is good for your health and can help reduce stress.
- The open blocks remaining on your schedule are for your FREE time. You should have some time remaining to play or relax J
