PAMELA BERGLUND 1991-92
... until one day when
no toast popped,
no malts were being made,
and
no shirts would be pressed.
The vacuum cleaners would no longer suck the dirt out of our lives.
Technology is a powerful resource. It has made life easier in everything from commercial to domestic applications, but are we really making life easier or are we creating more problems? What effects has technology had on our society and is sacrificing human lives or pieces of the earth acceptable for the sake of progress? Where do we draw the line, or will nature draw that line for us? These questions I pass on to you - the consumer, the creator. Technology is a powerful resource, but can it be abused.
