Now is the time to book the hotel room(s)! There is a section of the Hotel blocked off for Conference use. The passphrase to verify that you are apart of the conference is "WI RA Conference". With that, the price should come out to be $70 per room per night with a tax exemption certificate. Hotel block available through January 20^th 2013.

Parking

Our intention is to have Conference Volunteers visible when you arrive to campus and assist you with parking.

Parking is free on campus over the weekends except in limited term parking meters and handicap spaces. Street meters and parking lot meters are free. Please read parking signs for any restrictions.

Suggested Parking for the Conference: Street metered parking on 3^rd Street (free- no need to plug meter), Millennial metered parking (Lot 14 off of 10^th Ave. across from North Hall residence hall) or Lot 29 (Lot off of 13^th Ave across from Applied Arts Academic Building).

Smoking or use of any tobacco product is not permitted in any facility or on the grounds of UW-Stout. This includes property that is “owned or controlled” by UW-Stout, which includes parking lots and sidewalks. A map of where the policy is in effect can be found here.

1. Take a left onto Oak Street (heading towards Perkins and K-Mart)
2. At the stop, light take a left onto Broadway
3. Follow Broadway to Stout's South Campus (aprox. 2 miles; you will go over a bridge, though North Campus and down town Menomonie)
4. Turn left onto 10^th Ave (first turn after passing the clock tower)
5. Turn right onto 3^rd street (first right)
6. You will see the MSC on your left

Sustainability is something that UW-Stout is trying hard to build into our campus culture. At the beginning of the conference you will receive a water bottle that is intended for you to use and re-use during the entire weekend! On campus many drinking fountain/water fountain/bubblers have water bottle fill stations.

On campus you will mainly find the below 3 choices for disposing items.



Conference Volunteers should also be able to help you make the best disposal choice too if you ask them.

Dining Services uses Compostable materials wherever they can and participates in UW-Stout’s Sustainability goals.
