Coaches Information and Reminders

  • Please check heats and flight sheets to make sure everyone you entered is in the meet. If you find any mistakes (seed times, spelling etc.) please e-mail me at: hallc@uwstout.edu as soon as possible. I will make corrections on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning until 9 a.m. and update heat sheets whenever necessary on the web page.
  • We WILL NOT MAKE ANY ADDITIONS the day of the meet.
  • Opening Heights:
    Women’s Pole Vault
    - 2.26 meters increased by 15 cm
    Women’s High Jump - 1.41 meters increased by 5 cm
    Men’s Pole Vault - 3.78 meters increased by 15 cm
    Men’s High Jump - 1.68 meters increased by 5 cm

  • Results will be available on the Internet immediately following the meet for sports information directors and newspapers. Access the UW-Stout track homepage and click on Warren Bowlus Invitational or click here.
  • Runners will advance to finals in the 55 and 55 Hurdles by time only. We will be breaking ties to the 1000th of a second (.001) when necessary.
  • Long and triple jump competitors will be allowed 4 jumps. We will flight these events based upon seed performances.
  • Scoring: According to the NCAA Rulebook

  • 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

  • Scratch Meeting: With the information on the net I don’t feel it is necessary to have a coaches meeting on Friday. We will simply take scratches at the computer table. No additions the day of the meet.
