SEMPARI is all about creating one-of-a-kind snowboard jackets that are repurposed from outgrown, outdated pieces and constructing new jackets that are fresh and new. The main goal is to reuse old jackets and give them a new life by keeping these bulky materials out of landfills. Winter apparel is a necessity in the Midwest and becomes like a second skin to everyone. SEMPARI is about creating something that’s 100% unique and giving old pieces of winter jackets a second chance.

More often than not, torn jackets are thrown away or donated to become somebody else’s problem. Rather than having Mom sew an awkward patch on a tear, SEMPARI is focusing on using the “still good” parts of jackets and creating a completely “new” jacket. Like materials and sizes are combined to ensure consistency throughout the jacket. The goals of SEMPARI are to repurpose donated materials by giving old jackets new life, constructing one-of-a-kind items, and keeping these hefty materials out of landfills.
