We are a company that specializes in a new type of whiskey distilled from a finished craft beer. This provides us the opportunity to create some delicious and unique flavors. We have also developed a new type of process of distillation that uses a fraction of the amount of energy used in traditional processes. We didn't stop there but also developed a new aging process that makes barrels obsolete. Science is a hobby but craft beer and whiskey is our passion.
