How do I find out what my username/e-ddress is?
Visit http://phonebook.uwstout.edu/alumni.asp,
type your last name in the appropriate field and find your name in the list. Note
that your graduation year is reflected in your username.
Example: smithj2004@alumni.uwstout.edu
How do I check my email using the World Wide Web?
Point your browser to https://webmail.alumni.uwstout.edu
and follow the login prompts. Reading your mail through the web is the preferred
method. Please note that your email stays on the server and that you have a limited
amount of disk space.
What is my default password?
Your default password is your Social Security Number with no dashes between the
numbers. If you have forgotten your password please visit
https://phonebook.uwstout.edu/alumrspwd.asp
How do I change my password?
To change your email password visit

- Log in to the webmail interface at https://alumni.webmail.uwstout.edu.
- Click on Options on the left side toward the bottom of the list.
- Near the bottom of the options window click on the Change Password.
- In the Domain Box enter "alumni.uwstout-mail" (do not enter the quotes). In the Account box enter your email username, in the Old Password box enter the password you are currently using, in the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes enter the new password that you would like.
- Click the OK button and your new password will take effect immediately.

How much disk space do I have?
You have a total of 50 megabytes of disk space on the server.
How do I look up other alumni e-ddresses?
Visit http://phonebook.uwstout.edu/alumni.asp.
On this site you will be able to look up a person based on their first and last
name.
